I work as a senior design engineer for a fairly large, international company and I am extremely happy working for them . However, the longer you work for a company, usually the less you do that really fascinates you. This is what hobbies were created for but there are times when you need to get your teeth into something meaty.

Question: How do you satisfy this?

Answer: You get paying customers via other companies to finance your hobby. 🙂 I.e. they want something complex, you design and build it and then they reimburse you.

Here are a selection of projects I’ve done:

Vehicle ECU Monitoring with FreeScan

Siemens C166

I haven’t really given the write-up of these much thought. Hence, the presentation of them is a little rough.
